Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 17, 2026. Last updated: October 17, 2026.
This policy explains what information MyLeadsMet LLC ("MyLeadsMet", "we", "us") collects through myleadsmet.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. If you have a question, email info@myleadsmet.com.
1. Information you give us
- The fit questions on our home page. Your answers to the three questions (your main challenge, your typical deal size and how you find clients today), and your email address if you choose to give it.
- Booking a call. If you book a call through our Google Calendar booking page, Google collects the name, email address and any notes you enter, and shares them with us so we can hold the call.
- Emailing us. Anything you send to an @myleadsmet.com address, including your name, email address, company and the content of your message.
We do not record anything you type into the fit questions until you submit them.
2. Information collected automatically when you visit
When you open a page on this site, a short script sends us a record of that page view. Each record contains:
- the page you viewed and the date and time,
- the website that sent you here (for example linkedin.com), if your browser shares it, and a campaign tag if the link you clicked had one,
- your device type (desktop, mobile or tablet).
Your IP address. Your browser's IP address reaches our server with the request, as it does for any website. We use it for a moment to do two things, then discard it:
- We turn it into a scrambled code using a secret key and a one-way calculation, so we can count repeat visits without knowing who you are. The IP address cannot be read back from the code.
- We look up the network name registered for that address (a standard public "reverse DNS" lookup). If the network belongs to a company, for example a business office connection, we keep only that company's internet domain (such as example.com). If it is a home internet, mobile, VPN or cloud connection, we keep nothing about it.
We may match a company domain from a visit to company records we already hold, so we know which businesses have looked at our services and may follow up with that business.
No cookies. This site does not set cookies, does not use advertising or analytics services from other companies, and does not use tracking pixels. We also do not put tracking links or tracking pixels in our emails to find out who visits this site.
Bots. Visits from known search engines, crawlers and automated tools are ignored and not recorded.
3. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal or a Global Privacy Control signal, our script does not send any page-view record, so none of the visit information in section 2 is collected. You can turn these signals on in most browsers' privacy settings.
4. How we use information
- to reply to you and hold the calls you book,
- to decide whether our service is a good fit for your business,
- to understand how many people visit, which pages they read and where they came from, so we can improve the site,
- to follow up with businesses that have shown interest,
- to keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who handle information only to run this site and our business for us:
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Its public DNS service is also used for the network name lookup described in section 2.
- Supabase hosts the database where page-view records and our business records are stored.
- Formspree receives your answers and email address when you submit the fit questions and passes them to us.
- Google provides our business email, our calendar booking page, and the web fonts this site uses. When your browser loads those fonts, Google receives the standard information your browser sends with any web request, such as your IP address and browser type.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
6. Activity across other websites
We do not track you across other websites, and we do not allow other companies to collect information about your browsing over time and across different websites through this site. The only other company that receives a request from your browser while you are on this site is Google, for the web fonts described in section 5.
7. How long we keep it
- Page-view records are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Fit-question answers, emails and call bookings are kept as long as we need them for our business relationship with you, and then deleted or archived.
8. Your choices and requests
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@myleadsmet.com with your request and the email address or company it concerns. We will reply within 30 days. To avoid page-view records, turn on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser (section 3).
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, restricted access to our database and not storing IP addresses. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee security.
10. Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Visitors outside the United States
We are based in the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also note it at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
